中国国际焙烤展览会（Bakery China）由中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会与北京贝克瑞会展服务有限责任公司共同主办。展会创始于1997年，是服务于焙烤全产业链的集商贸对接、行业交流、产业创新、品牌传播、趋势洞察、商务合作、技术切磋于一体的年度行业盛会，是全球规模领先和极具影响力的焙烤专业商贸展览会。

中国培烤食品糖制品工业协会(简称 中培糖协)是由培烤食品、糖制食品等行业相关的企事业单位、社会组织和个人自愿结成的全国性、行业性社会团体，是非营利性社会组织，国家一级协会。协会下设21个专业委员会，现有企业会员单位1500余家，基本涵盖了国内培烤食品糖制品行业大中型骨干企业。协会的登记管理机关是国家民政部，党建领导机关是中央社会工作部。

北京贝克瑞会展服务有限责任公司：是中国焙烤食品糖制品工业协会与国药励展展览有限责任公司的合资公司。国药励展是中国大健康领域领先的展览和会议组织者，是中央管理的我国领先的医药集团—中国医药集团和全球领先的展览会主办机构—励展博览集团的成员公司。是中国国际焙烤展览会(Bakery China)、中国国际焙烤秋季展览会(Bakery China Autumn)和中国家庭烘焙用品展览会(China Home Baking Show)的主办方。

2026第28届中国国际焙烤展览会将于2026年5月20-23日在上海虹桥国家会展中心（上海市崧泽大道333号）举办。
