Definitions
- “Platform” or “service” means the FinderExpo website, applications and related features.
- “You” means the individual or organization using the platform.
- “Organizers” and “exhibitors” are third parties that publish shows, events and listings.
- “Content” means show information, listings, text, images and other materials made available through the platform.
Accounts
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
- You agree to provide true, accurate and complete registration information and to keep it up to date.
- You must be able to form a binding contract to use the platform, and you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the platform for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or disruptive activity.
- You may not scrape, copy, resell platform data or perform automated bulk access without our permission.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with its operation, or upload malicious code.
Content & listings
- Organizers and exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the show information they publish.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display and promote the content you publish through the platform.
- You retain ownership of your content, and you are responsible for having the rights needed to publish it.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Registration & tickets
- Registration and ticketing through the platform are subject to the specific rules of each organizer.
- Final decisions on entry and on-site arrangements rest with the organizer.
- We are not the organizer of the events listed and act only as a discovery and registration platform.
Membership & billing
- Paid memberships are billed according to the plan you choose; you can upgrade, downgrade or pause as described at checkout.
- Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time from your account.
- Except where required by law, fees already incurred are generally non-refundable.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by FinderExpo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding or technology except as needed to use the service.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- We are not directly responsible for the on-site experience or the conduct of third-party organizers or exhibitors.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that may harm us or others. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date and, where changes are material, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts (prototype demo; the final version governs at launch). If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
