Exhibit scope

1、MEMS器件：光学MEMS；射频MEMS；MEMS物理传感器(加速传感器、速率传感器、压力传感器、气体传感器、温度传感器)；微射流（微流引导、微感应器等）；MEMS执行器；MEMS电能（燃料电池、微发电机等）；高复合型MEMS(CMOS/MEMS、LSI/MEMS一体化)。

2、MEMS代工服务：仿真设计、原型测试、产品开发、量产；其他代工服务：图案形成、薄膜形成、雷射、离子脉冲加工、喷镀等。

3、MEMS应用：超微型机械人装置、微型工厂等；传感器网络；能量收集等。

4、MEMS加工设备：薄膜成形（汽相淀积、溅射、CVD、覆镀；曝光系统、蚀刻技术；防腐处理；刻蚀；晶圆键合；切割；芯片/导线焊接；封装；微成形(注射、热压)；其他生产设备。

5、分析与检测仪器：光罩缺陷检测、封装检测、表面分析仪器、粗糙度仪、扫描电子显微镜、薄膜厚度测量系统；显微镜：光学显微镜、电子显微镜、探针显微镜、电子能谱仪；检漏仪器、静电负离子空气净化机；气体分析及检测、分析和测量系统等。

6、纳米机械微制程技术：超精度纳米机械工艺；超精密加工、微制造；表面微加工；精细钻孔；微观切割；雷射、离子脉冲加工；聚焦离子束系统；微放电加工；超声波设备等。

7、纳米压印技术：微纳米模型；纳米压印生产设等备。

8、生物技术与医疗应用：MEMS在医疗处理及诊断方面的应用、DDS、纳米胶囊；尖端DNA&RNA技术、微反应器、微流引导、生物/化学MEMS（DNA/RNA技术、化学检测）等。

By car: SNIEC is located at the intersection of Longyang Road and Luoshan Road and is easily accessible. It can be reached directly from the city center via Nanpu Bridge or Yangpu Bridge. Enter through Gate 3 and park in Parking Lot P4 or P5 (RMB 8 per hour, capped at RMB 64 per day; fees are for reference only and subject to the venue's official rates).

    Take Bus No. 581, 746, 798, 975, 976, 989, 1023, Bridge Line 6, Longdong Special Line, Longlu Special Line, Longgang Express, Longlin Special Line, Longda Special Line, or Longhui Special Line to "Longyang Road Metro Station". Transfer to Metro Line 7 and get off at "Huamu Road Station"; walk 100 meters to the expo center. Alternatively, take the free shuttle bus from "Longyang Road Metro Station" to the expo center.
