随着《制造业绿色低碳发展行动方案（2025-2027年）》的提出，中国的新型工业化进程已进入“高端化、智能化、绿色化”转型的关键阶段。长三角作为先行示范区，将率先探索“零碳园区”“绿色工厂”等实践，构建数字与绿色融合的制造产业集群，推动新能源，半导体，制药，石油，化工，钢铁等重点行业的技术创新和深度改造。依托世环会强大的资源与国际化平台，集中呈现工业领域的绿色环境技术、产品和方案，同时也展现工业领域的通用设备节能改造、节能节水等在绿色制造转型过程中的成果展示，这些关键性技术正符合了国家对于“双碳”政策的要求，随着绿色制造理念化的不断深入，环保视角开始向“生产环节的节能”方向延伸，企业不再满足于事后处理，而是将节能技术嵌入生产全流程，节能改造不仅限于创造环境效益，更能直接转化为经济效益，当下这场绿色转型正迎来更深刻的变革，让制造业生产从“高碳到低碳，从制造到智造”。
