2026第19届广州国际食用油产业博览会暨IOE世界油博会

中国拥有庞大的消费人群以及历史悠久的饮食文化，由此衍生出规模庞大，消费者基数广泛的食用油市场。2024年度我国食用油消费量约为3735万吨，同比增长约1%。数据显示，花生油、大豆油、菜籽油等常用食用油品类消费呈现持续稳定增长的态势，富含营养成分和科学健康配比的新兴食用油则是增长速度最快的品类。

近年来，国民健康意识的增强推动食用油消费进入健康消费的新阶段，食用油消费正在向“少吃油、吃好油、更健康”转变。以山茶油、橄榄油、葵花籽油和亚麻籽油等为代表的健康食用油品类消费在过去5-10年里始终保持高复合增长率。未来，，符合国民品质和健康需求的食用油品类将迎来广阔的发展空间。
