Haikou Convention & Exhibition Center

The Haikou Convention & Exhibition Center is a large-scale, modern convention and exhibition center jointly funded by the Hainan Province and the Haikou Municipal Government. It is a multifunctional event center integrating conferences, exhibitions, commerce, information, tourism, and business services. 　　The Haikou Convention & Exhibition Center is located on Binhai Avenue in Haikou City, bordering the sea to the north and adjacent to the beautifully landscaped Wanlv Garden to the east. The exhibition halls are designed according to contemporary international exhibition standards and come equipped with complete supporting facilities, making them an ideal venue for hosting both international and domestic conferences and exhibitions. There are several star-rated hotels around the convention center, providing attentive services for exhibitors. 　　The total construction area of the Haikou Convention & Exhibition Center is 32,500 square meters, of which the exhibition center covers 25,227 square meters and can accommodate 966 internationally standardized booths (3m × 3m). The exhibition center consists of an exhibition hall and a sales hall. The exhibition hall has an area of 5,000 square meters with a clear height of 20.6 meters and can host 180 internationally standardized booths. It is perfect for showcasing high-quality products as well as holding press conferences and ceremonial events—truly the highlight of the entire building. The sales hall covers 14,000 square meters and has three floors. Its floor load capacity is 1 ton per square meter, and its ground load capacity is 5 tons per square meter, allowing it to accommodate 786 internationally standardized booths. Two 3-ton freight elevators positioned at the front and back of the exhibition hall ensure smooth vertical transportation of exhibits. The three exhibition halls can be opened independently. The Haikou Convention & Exhibition Center features a total of 25 meeting rooms and negotiation rooms of various sizes, suitable for organizing press conferences, lectures, and seminars. The 12,000-square-meter plaza at the Haikou Convention & Exhibition Center is an ideal venue for celebratory events and leisure activities for local residents. On the west side, there is an outdoor exhibition area of 3,800 square meters, perfect for displaying and selling large-scale equipment. On the second floor, on the west side, there is a 2,200-square-meter recreational platform—a great spot for exhibitors to relax and enjoy the ocean view.
