The project is located in the Cangshan Block of the Zhejiang Lijin Hardware Technology Industrial Park, covering a total land area of 47.05 mu with a total construction area of 52,000 square meters. The main construction includes buildings, outdoor supporting facilities, parking lots, and municipal road infrastructure. The total investment is 349 million RMB, with a construction period from 2022 to 2025 and a planned investment of 70 million RMB in 2022. Once completed, the project will provide supporting services for high-tech enterprises in the park, offering one-stop solutions for product exhibitions and sales. It will also help cultivate large-scale enterprises and high-quality talent, providing a continuous and powerful driving force for the industrial and economic development of Jinyun County, which is of great significance for enhancing the county's overall economic strength.
