Meiziya Commercial Center. Located next to the Meiziya Reservoir on Fazhan Avenue in Yiling District, it has a total site area of 33,943.62 sqm and a total gross floor area of 62,120.64 sqm. Designed by the Shenzhen University Institute of Architectural Design, the building facade features a curtain wall and aluminum panel decoration, giving it an elegant and dynamic appearance. It has 4 above-ground floors and 2 underground floors, with a building height of 36m. The ground floor consists of a main exhibition hall of over 5,000 sqm and a secondary exhibition hall of over 3,000 sqm. The interior includes negotiation rooms, press stations, audiovisual equipment rooms, and other professional exhibition functions. Upon completion, the central exhibition area is expected to accommodate exhibitions with 329 standard booths; the large conference room can hold large-scale conferences of over 1,000 people. A relatively independent exhibition and sales hall is designed at the northern end, which can introduce small-scale, specialized exhibitions and sales events. It is equipped with relevant service facilities, providing supporting services such as catering, an audiovisual center, and parking. The architectural design adopts a horizontal layered curve combination, creating an architectural artistic conception that resembles mountains, water, and wind. It plans to introduce commercial exhibition design and operations teams to build a commercial exhibition center integrating exhibitions, conferences, business, catering, and entertainment.
