Sanya Poly International Expo Center

Poly C+ International Expo Center is a large-scale exhibition and convention complex real estate project developed in Sanya by Poly Real Estate Hainan Regional Company. It is a Hainan exhibition economy project built through cooperation between Poly Group and the government. Covering a total site area of 149,000 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 175,000 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.2, it is being developed in two phases. Encompassing four core sectors—exhibitions, offices, commercial spaces, and hotels—it is a multi-functional exhibition complex integrating exhibitions, conferences, large-scale commercial facilities, public service facilities, and landscaped environments. Upon completion, it will address Sanya's shortage of large-scale exhibition and foreign trade platforms, elevate the city's capacity to host international exhibitions, and provide a robust business platform for cultural, commercial, and technological exhibitions, exchanges, and trade along the Maritime Silk Road.
